Terrible service received from Simone Shaw at Remax Masters Rentals for Randpark Ridge. Breach of integrity towards clients, unpaired professionalism (I don't think she knows what this means), bad accounts (duplication of billing items), unparalleled service response (just completely non existent), amended contracts without your knowledge! just don't even reach your eyes (well I guess, just as well, etc, etc. I definitely don't recommend the rentals dept. to any body, petty and unlike the sales division which are extremely the opposite. Just another South African company that can't live up to its name.
