I'd like to start by saying I think it's bad enough that in your terms and conditions you state that it can take up to 3 weeks to pay deposits back, I don't see what can possibly take that long. You have R1500 of mine (note, NOT yours), what manner of dark and complex magic and incantations does it take to free my money from the bonds of your investment account? How can it take 3 weeks to pay back? But what's utterly unforgivable is actually managing to miss that 3 week mark!!! I settled the account in Jul 4, I was told in an email Fri Jul 5 that it would be paid back the next week, On July 16, I followed up as nothing had happened, and was told (8 days later) that it would be paid out the next week (deja-vu), yet another week has passed and I still don't have my (Yes MY) money. Please could you investigate and get back to me.
