I had the unfortunate experience of selling my property and tried to purchase another using Carl Lutske from Seeff Properties, Muizenberg. Not only did i receive extremely poor client service (had to contact him all the time to get feedback or progress report) but also had the unfortunate experience of losing the opportunity to purchase a property. The agent messed up contract (offer to purchase document) by including clauses which i specifically instructed him to omit. He also included conflicting clauses relating to lease agreements which resulted in the seller cancelling the agreement at the last moment. i lost the opportunity to purchase the house and incurred substantial additional cost (bridging finance etc) trying to save the deal on incorrect recommendation from Seeff. The agent was also inaccurate about the existence of a lease agreement saying there was none in when in fact the sellers lawyer highlighted the fact that there was in fact a lease agreement with tenants in place. I am surprised that a reputable company like Seeff would tolerate this and i am disappointed that i have not received feedback from the company senior management after sending multiple communique
