I am struggling to get my deposit back from Monolith Estates together with their registerd landlord as the money was paid into Monolith bank account upon agreement.
I am told the deposit was paid to the owner and I should be the one contacting her. She is now ducking and diving. I've been in contact with the agent seeing that they have been my point of contact to date and they are now mum about the whole issue. Sending me from pillor to post and promising that they will call me and they still have not done this to date. It's now been over a month and the deposit needed to be paid within 7days that I left the complex.
In addition the agent was sent the notice period communication on time.

I am very frustrated with their service as they promise to call and never do. All i want is my money back.
