We are renting an apatment in white river. The place is currently not liveable, we asked for them to repair a lot of broken goods when we moved in to the apartment, it was promised to be fixed. 5 months later and still no response from them, some of the goods were neccesary to repair and we had to repair it ourselfs to be able to use it. We still cant use the bath, the roof and taps are still leaking. 2 months ago we received a letter from the municipality for levies still outstanding from the owners. Our lights and water was cut, we reported it to realty and asked for them to sort it out and send us proof so that it wont happen again. Friday (10 May 2013) we received a letter again and our water was cut once again over the weekend, when we are not able to do anything about it. We once again reported the problem to them and they said it is not their responsibility, they made an arragement with the municipality and said proof was sent to us, but still nothing was received from them. If we phone, there is never answer. They have no sympathy for the lessee. We think it is not right for realty to rent out apartments which they know still have outstanding levies from the owne
