Payout of Government Pension

I have the same problem, my forms were handed in in August 2012, and since that nothing happened. No feedback, no acknowledgement, nothing! They can at least keep us informed, sent a e-mail or SMS. At this stage I am not sure if anything is going to come from this payouts and would like to hear if anybody actually received the payout they are entitled to.
