Terrible Service at call Centre

Hi? With regards to my flat in Durban the above Ethekweni Municipality from whom Up to the 15004-2013, I have not received a single stamen t to pay. Yesterday I opened my post and there is a "RED LINE" letter to pay an exorbitant amount. I got through to them, thank only once where they gave me the amount but I have not been able to get through again as the tenant has requested a breakdown for amount owing: is requesting a print out for the said amount so that we are able to make payment appropriately even at one stage waiting for 2 hours and 27 minutes on a prompt waiting call with a Durban code which is costing me further. Today I have tried again a number of times and the same thing has happened. I even tried leaving a voice message. Ref 83381737356: account number 833817356. My question is what are these people at the call center being paid for and what are we as citizens paying rates and taxes for if one Little request cannot be met. This is not the first time with these government workers. All I want to do is make a payment... frustrated citizen... would have loved to live in another country if I could afford it, bless HelloPeter...
