I went onto pay as you go for electricity on the 17th Sept 2012 I was billed for electricity for October 2012. I have spent so much money phoning and been to the Municipal offices and to date they have still not resolved my query to credit my account.. The attitude of the staff stinks, and you lucky if you not cut off when you are speaking to a consultant. Their service.
