I would like to thank the City of Cape town. When I got my rates bill it was allot lower then normal being scared that it was wrong I found out that it was indeed correct and that they picked up that I was being over charged so they made the adjustment. While I was talking to them I told them that there is a leak by my water meter and wanted to know who I should phone only to be told that they will contact water works and have it sorted out, to my surprise they showed up yesterday and fix the problem and put in a new meter for me.
Thank you so much the gentlemen that came yesterday were wonderful and reading all the complaints on-line I have to say that they deserve some credit. Well done
