This has been an ongoing problem since November 2012. Eventually during February 2013, Ismail Thebus called at our premises and advised that the water meter be removed and tested and this would take approximately two weeks and feedback would be provided to the client.
The water meter was eventually removed on Wednesday, 27 March 2013 by Municipal employees, David & Freddie and a new water meter fitted.
Two emails were directed to Ismail Thebus on 13 & 18 April 2013 requesting feedback on the results of the testing of the water meter and this has just been disregarded with NO REPLY at all!!!
It appears these Municipal employees either disregard the very clients who pay their salaries or just treat clients with disrespect!!!
