How the is one suppose to contact you???

Trying to submit my grandmother's 'Life certificate' and no telephone number is working!!! I use to use fax 011-4038976, and now it is not working!!! Nor is their telephone number 011-713 6900. What's worse, the Compensation fund no 0860 105 3500 - ALSO NOT WORKING!!! The Labour dep no is just ringing, no one answers (012) 309 4000 and suprise suprise... the phone is just ringing at the Labour Minisiter's office (021) 466 7160

SO, no one in Pretoria, Johannesburg or Cape Town!!! These governent departments!!!
