I am very flabbergasted with the way the Uthungulu Municipality is treating their community members. I have reported on the 27 Feb 2013 that we having blocked pipes in our house which is causing the waste not 2go as normal. When I reported this I spoke to Fikile who advised me that the technicians will be in contact, okay they came on Friday the 05/03/2013 of which they didn't do anything and all they had to say was that almost all the King Dinizulu Tanks are having the same problem so they are investigating and they will be in-contact. A week went pass and we requested feed back from Uthungulu and we were advise that the technician will be in contact and today 25/03/2013 I spoke again to Fikile and to my suprise she didn't even have the record of the incident and Im thinkin what the are these people doing. For sake we have 4 kids in the house who are under the age of 10yrs and they cant even play outside now as we had to dig a hole now so that the waste can go somewhere and this is putting me and my family at risk of contracting deases like DIARRHEA and even my neighbours are affected by this through the smell, I need this to be attended ASAP or I will contact the media.
