I went to open a new rates/taxes account for a new property in Bryanston. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff - from the security guards helping with parking, to the guard managing the queue and Ndivhuwo who handled my query. Despite the fact that my query was not resolved on this visit, I left feeling extremely satisfied thanks to the staff who explained every step of the process. They all deserve to be commended for their professionalism in an extremely busy office.
