Treatment of blind man on Gautrain

There is a blind man that uses the Gautrain everyday from Rhodesfiled to Sandton. I watch the man struggle everyday. He stands infront of the airport carriage and not one security assists him to the other door or infrom him the doors dont open, much less do they open the airport carriage for him given his circumstances. He then has to walk with the crowd that pushes and shoves to get onto the train and no one gives him lee way. The other day, because he has to walk through the aisle, the leash of his dog was getting tangeled on every chair imagine how frustrating this must be. When we arrive at the station the security once again do not guide him to the elevator or a escalator. This morning I asked the guard why hes not helping he replied and said "hes got this". It is heartbreaking that he goes through this everyday. I feel we pay for a premium service and people with a disability should get preferential treatment. I brought this under Gautrain managements attention still waiting for a response. I cannot describe the feeling that we as South Africans can be so thoughtless, uncaring and inhuman towards our fellow citizens.
