On the 14th November 2013 I tasked via a formal contract to use the above mentioned company is assist me with a company name change via the CIPC. Payment was made and a turn around time of 3 days was given. Its now day 21 and nothing has happened at all. The CIPC call centre confirmed yesterday that no changes have been lodged whatsoever. Ive left in excess of 20 voicemails, messages and emails to Amos and only twice in the last week and a bit has he taken my call and then promised as usual to get back to me within the day. Yesterday same promises but no contact again. Today call after call, email after email and sms after sms he ignores everything. Clearly this is an absolute. I want to inform any person who is considering to make use of these supposed services to read this complaint and be weary of the process and promises these guys follow and make. Rather use the CIPC website and follow the longer stipulated process as at least this way you are in control and you wont be cheated out of your hard earned money!
