Workmens Compensation
Cannot get through via any communication channel

I have been trying to contact WCA since December 2012, their switchboard is either engaged or cuts you off after 1/2 hour of holding.
Faxes and emails go unanswered.
I am in Plettenberg Bay so cannot go to their offices - who do I contact to get a response to my urgent queries?
