We had 2 pre-paid meters installed in Roodepoort Area in Nov 2012
We paid R2000 for each one AND they are working fine.
BUT we still get an electricity account AS WELL... AND; now the statements show arrears - with threats to disconnect!!
WE logged complaints at call centre on 12 Jan, followed up on 26th Jan, 4 Feb & 21 Feb - no luck.
Today & have sent an email as well.
THIS IS POOR SERVICE.
