On the 2nd of August 2013 I applied for the installation of a pre-paid electricity meter at my house. As required I paid the amount of R752.40 up front. I was told that there is a waiting period of 6 to 8 weeks. Today it is 20 December 2013 and nothing was installed yet.
After numerous phone calls and two personal visits to Mr. Bongani's office I was told that I never paid the required amount for the installation! I produced the receipt. Every time Im tild that he will come back to me, but nothing happens.
I want to do some alterations to my house but cannot do so befor the meter is not installed.
I notice further on you ask for an account/policy number. I have an electricity account no, but on the receipt is another number. I will supply both here and one of them in the relevant block.
