Unfair patient treatment

After rushing my father to the hospital, we got to the hospital at 23:24 on the 2nd of December 2022 and we were advised to sit in the bench. The doctors started attending to patient that came after and before us after we started asking questions they advised us that his not that sick.
Im writing this now as we have been at the hospital for more than 7 hours without any doctor attending tonhim patients are now no up and sleeping on the benches without any formal assistance or care from the hospital.
