Cipc
WHAT SERVICE

I have been trying since July 2013 to solve this problem. I was trying to update a Homeowners Association on the cipc website. I completed the transaction, got my docs together, emailed them through and a few days later tried to check on progress.

All I got was that the company was locked and they were awaiting the follow-up documents. I re-sent the documentation, and again tried to follow-up.

Noticing that the problem may have been when I did the updates, I tried (haha) to call the support center. Eight months down the line I still can't get through to the center. Silly me, thought I would go in and speak to a real live person. What a disaster!!! The area was so full that I would have waited days, nevermind hours. So trying to get out quickly and not hold up the works as I didn't need to use their machines I tried to speak to one of the 3 (three) staff members on site. I was told to get in the queue otherwise I wouldn't be helped.

Why should I have to stand in a queue for something they could just help me with, a telephone number that works, or just an email address to someone who will actually take the time to answer me.

All I need is a real person to speak too!!!
