I have opened a case against Damelin and I was suppose appear in Court on the 28th July 2013. The consultant who was assisting me she requested a payment of R150.00 for a Sheriff to deliver Simmons Documents to Damelin. Only to find out that I was not suppose to pay that amount of R150.00. So I reported the matter to Celia Moloko Supervisor (Small Claim) contacts 012 3194242. Celia Moloko she knows the name of the Consultant who assisted me. But now there is too much delay on my case and I need my refund back form Damelin to further my studies and the is too much delay on the Small Claim investigations.
