Yesterday I was at the Sandton licencing department. The person who helped me (black guy) had treated me with disrespect. He hasn't even listened to what I was saying to him and then he made fun of me IN FRONT OF ME with another colleague. He even called me crazy and how the can I expect off him to help me. The rude man then just said to me that he can't help me now because it is home time for him and then he waved goodbye at me and just walked away. This man has treated me who is the CUDTOMER in a really disrespectful way. People like him shouldn't even work with customers and is putting his company in a bad light. Never in my life I have treated some one in a bad way that words will hurt... So why the are he treating his customers in a bad way just because he wants to go home and not even listening to my concern. He should get fired. This department is also not answering their phones... I've called that day 3 times and no answering. There is also no card facilities available. And on top of it, there were 6 savannahs dry on the counter in front of the customers. IT IS DISGUSTING!!!
