Good day,
Can you please be so kind to assist me with this major problem I, m facing.
I, m currently renting a house from Mr and Mrs Kelly at 37 Christiaan De Wet street Discovery Roodepoort and the Account is still on there name. The Account number 302956836.My dispute and concern is as follows.
I, m a widdow and live alone at the above mention address for the past 7 years and never had this problem with my account (Water) before. I have reported it several times to CITY OF JOHANNESBURG (REF 8001659029-8001664552-8001667027) with no success as I suspected that I have a water leak on my pavement. Please refer to Tax Invoice details below, please notice that this is only for my WATER BILL.

PLEASE note the increase month on moth as I don, t understand and as mention I live alone and still work during the day. My Water has been cut off as a result of this on the 15/01/2014.
