Good day
I am currently camping at Medusa Caravan park. Yesterday my parents checked in at 10am, they informed the security on duty that i will be arriving at 8pm. They said they would advise the night shift people and have my "TAG" ready when i get there.
When i arrived last night, the security treated me like a. They shouted when they spoke and advised that they know nothing about me coming and "who says that i paid and im not coming to camp for free". After much explanation from my father, explaining that i am the 6th person at the caravan site, they let us in. They refused to give their names as well.
Then today my aunt wanted to visit us for a bit in the caravan park, only to be turned away, because wwe did not advise them that we will be receiving visitors. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! Do they need to prepare for guest or something??? Id like to know the reason for this ridiculous policy. Where is this stipulated in your terms and conditions?
I grew up camping at Soetwater, but with this new policy (which makes NO sense) and the bad attitude of the uneducated security guards i dont think i will ever come back.
I expect an explanation ASAP!!
