For years my parents and I have been camping at Soetwater (50 years) and for the past 4 years its been a nightmare getting through to the booking office including this year. when you eventually get through its just to tell you that the place is filled and there's no space available. complete, we were able to secure a place at the caravan park through a cancellation and there were many empty caravan sites open. the attitudes of Mr. Johnson and Ms King stinks, we the clients get treated like we nothing and they own the resort. this is a natural wonder given to us by... so why cant we all enjoy it, we are so limited that it's just not funny. they should also send there security for some etiquette lessons, they dont know how to liaise or communicate with a person. no visitors are allowed you get tagged like a piece of meat, they are driving us away from the few places we can still enjoy... how horrible. i hope that someone will be able to do something about this in the near future Soetwater will never be the same... i still remember the young days when the camping sites was so full you couldnt even walk through them now its so limited you can count the tents on your fingers
