Its totally impossible to get a voice on the otherside of the telephone. Nobody answers. So i rent out my house in Klerksdorp. I live in another province. So how can i communicate with them. Email does not get a response either. The accounts regarding electricity readings have been incorrect for years now. First we could send photos of the meters then they still did their own thing now that has been stopped and i have installed pre paid meter. But still get billed for consumption. How do i get it sorted other than physically get there which takes me 7 hours by car, and so what now.
