I reported that I did not have electrity since thurday 19 dec 2013. I ve been phoning twice a day ever since. Each day I was told the technician has been dispatched but no one came till wednesday the 25 their call center agent said there will no come my as my house is a construction site. I gave my account number and very thing but till today nothing is being done but all my neighbors do have power.
