A car was stopped, searched & drugs were found. One guy admitted to the stash and was found guilty, the others were found not guilty. The detective involved with this case at Claremont SAPS did not do his job & as a result all concerned has a conviction against their names. It is now 2013 and nothing has been done after numerous attempts to have names of the not guilty cleared with the constable concerned at Claremont SAPS.
This has an impact on them applying for work etc. Please attend to this urgently and advise accordingly.
