I have arrived at home and don't seem to have power, I have checked with our neighbours and we seem to be the only one with no power. My bill is up to date so I don't know what the problem is. I have been on hold for about 45min on their call centre line with nobody answering. I have sent an SMS and an email to their queries desk but no response and it's also been about 20min.
