Cutting of power without notice and still want to charges you for that notice letter. I got home last night to a dark house because my power has been cut. There was norice that they are going to cut the power because I paid late they just cut off the power.. Went to mogale city this morning to sort the things and payments out I was told that they will reconnect my power I don't need to worry about asking them to do so. (This all happened before 09:00 am today) and the power is still off.
I phoned the help line to speak to credit control and this poor lady that tried to connect me for 20minutes (without any luck might I say) so that we can just sort this out. I am very disappointed that for 20min on the phone that NO ONE in credit control picked up the phone AND that this poor switch board lady did know what else to say to me. (I have been trying to get hold of someone in credit control for an 1hour (from 14:00 to 15:30) before I lost it with the lady on the switch board line as soon as I got transferred they will pick up the phone and just drop it again then I have to try this very tiring process again to just get now where. Its now 16:15 and the power is still down.
