I HOPE you can help please see the mail I send them on the 2013-09-30 with NO RESPONSE now I still get sms that say I must pay the amount, I have all the proof the mistake is with them
To whom it may concern:
Two months ago I got my bill in the post, suddenly I must pay R3221.72 were I always paid R289, after a lot of phone calls, a person by the name of Kholofelo A. Ndlovu finally got to the problem. I went to Centurion Municipality, show them the form Kholofelo A. Ndlovu send me and they told me also I am supposed to pay R259.45 and not R289, so I thought the problem was solved.
This month I received my bill and we are back the square one. How is this possible???
Please help!! Also see attach the form Kholofelo A. Ndlovu send me to show that there is an extra 0 on the valuation of my place!?? Must I go back to Centurion Municipality, if so will it be solve for real now!

This mornings sms say I must pay R3588, were i must pay R259.45. I really need help on this, it seem if they just don't care and I must pay, that amount is for a BIG house with garden etc, I live in a small duplex, The paperwork everything show it why not there system???
