For the past couple of years at least 4, I have been receiving my municipal account on email. SInce July 2013 I did not receive my account neither in the post OR on email. When I log in to access my account for July 2013 until November 2013, a message comes up that they are having problems with the e-services system. On enquiry (given them all the details) at the local office in Roodepoort they tol me that there in NO such account, but since July 2013 I have been paying an amount I think is reasonable based on my previous accounts. I want to know IF there is no such an account where did my money go to?? Some municipal manager's or employee's account, just asking??? They claim to be "A WOLRD CLASS AFRICAN CITY" I do NOT think so, African yes, but definitely NOT world class. Employees far too incompetent to help the public but they want to earn big salaries and drive cushy cars.
