I am a white 23 year old female working in JHB CBD. I have been using gautrain facilities for a year now. I was R1.00 short for the bus and the driver kick me off the bus even after I offered cash. He was rude and careless..I was stranded in the streets of JHB city from 4.30pm till 8.30pm alone!!! Until I managed to get a lift. A week later I saw one of the bus drivers kick of a white lady in her 60's due to insufficient funds. And now in the last two weeks of taking the bus. 2 black citizens had insufficient funds for the bus and both bus drivers... without hesitation let them on!!! What type of a service are you running here! Ur employees are rude!!! Careless!!! And they way I see it... straight damm! What difference am I to a black person!? I'm sick to my stomach on how you treat your customers!!!
