Dear Sir/Madam,
Since approx. 7pm on Monday, 28 January 2013, we have been without power/adequate power at 420 Valley Rd, North Riding.
Despite numerous efforts to contact you by phone - three attempts of approx. 30 minutes each - the only contact made was to recorded messages.
At approx. 10.30pm on Monday, some power was restored: enough to barely make a single light bulb glow, which even them soon gave up the ghost. Thus we have been without lighting for approaching 48 hrs since then, unable to see at night, cook, heat water of even stop perishables going to waste in the fridge.
Why do you have a call line that nobody answers, costing well over R150 in bills to compound the lack of a reasonable service?
