I arrived late yesterday afternoon and met with a disgruntled employee who saw me as a nuisance rather than a client.i am wearing a back support that looks like a bullet proof vest and cannot really bend properly. Mohau asked if he could help not because he wanted to but to get rid of me as it was time to go home..This is not the first incident I had with him and i previously just thoght that he was having a bad day.
I even suggested to him yesterday that maybe i should come to the library when he is not there as he has this attitude that he does people a favour by working at the library. I mentioned the authors I was looking for and when i tried to return a book to the shelf at the bootom having difficulty in bending he became so irate and told me i am MESMERISING THE BOOKS.I did not want to laugh at the incorrect description but told him he should help people if he gets irritated.i collected my books and ignored him.when i had finished he made me wait purposely to scan the books out. I had to call him. Its not as if I can stand long ciming from a back operation. He was very proud in giving me his details when i told him i will be lodging a complaint against him. He did not care.
