I HAD A COMPLAIN AND HAD TO LODGE A COMPLAIN VIA THE GAUTRAIN SERVICES, NO ONE CONTACTED ME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF THE COMPLAIN AND THAT COMPLAINED WAS CLOSED AND A LODGE ANOTHER COMPLAIN AND IT WENT TO SADIA WHERE SHE EVEN TOOK EFFORT TO CONTACT ME AND MY COMPLAIN WAS RESOLVED, REFUND WAS PROCESSED AND FEEDBACK WAS GIVEN. SHE HAS AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PEOPLE OF HER CALIBER IS NEEDED IN A COMPANY LIKE GAUTRAIN. SADIA KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
