I've applied for a prepaid meter on 2 September and was told it will take 21 days. Long overdue I decided to call city Power. first came through to Dineo who said she is not responsible and tried to put the call through to 011 490 7808 and responsible person is Derick. This Derick would let the phone ring, pick up then drop the calls. Kept on trying and got through to Dineo again at this point I asked to speak to a supervisor. She kept me on the line for a good 17 minutes before she dropped the call herself. If these people do not want to work they must just pack up their bags and leave. There are a plenty of people out there who would kill to have their jobs.
