I am using the Gautrein now for 2 months and I am starting to have my second thoughts about the used of the trein. We wait on Marboro yesterday for 47min without someone saying a word why the delay and then when the treins arrive all of them 4 car treins that was so full that there was no way of getting onto the trein. The management on all stations should have informed the passengers of the delay. I missed a very important meeting in Pretoria. When I got to Pretoria the system did not accept my card at the gate since the time I enter at Rhodesfield and the time I got to Pretoria was to far apart. Then again I need to stand in a Que where only cash was accepted, come on people we live in a plastic era and no-one carries cash. The other problem is that there was only one cashier for 2 ques. And then something that I personally think stinks is that Gautrein personnel squeeze in on the full treins before the paid customers, this is bad manners or is it a lack of customer service? You will have to up your standards and service or you will lose a lot of customers. Please inform the publick if there is any delays that we can make other arrangements and put 8car treins on the tracks.
