It is pathetic that there is no urgency to rectify the delays at the boom for your loyal patrons that only support you because of the speed and convenience you promise.
When your customers have to wait 40 minutes just to park their vehicle before boarding the train, just because a boom gate is not working, is pathethic. Give consideration to all the people that lost time at work, missed meetings, appointments etc due to your incompetence in managing the situation at peak time.
I hope customers become savvy to this and people rethink the value you are offering. Waiting 40 minutes just to park is equivalent to driving to work for most people.
