I WANT BETTER SERVICE

I filed a Tax return on 25/09/2013 and was advised my money would be refunded within 21 calender days, Me having good faith in their word waited 21 calender days although no jfeedback was given, I called the contact centre yesterday as it was the 21st calender to follow up, I was told contradictory information by 2 different agents, the first one being that my refund was approved by the was no set date as to when I can expect the payout, she actually suggested I keep calling every second day, the second agent told me she is escalating this issue to their refund department which would initially take up to another 21 days. My problem is there is no where on their website where I can call and lodge a complaint after such a grave inconvenience, it never ever take them 21 calender days to get their sticky hands on My money everymonth.
