I have called in several times since 03/06/2013 to request that they clean the alley way that runs along the Vasco train station and Pine tree village. The alley which also gets used as a dump site for personal refuse is not only a hygiene hazard but terrible site for by passers. I have on several occasions called under ref #: 1004870818 and keep getting excuses that budgets are being done and they will come etc.
