Drove 30km to be told "We dont have electricity"

I drove 30km from my home to the Midrand Traffic department to sort out my vehicle papers only to be informed that they have electricity issues and have been experiencing this problem since yesterday. WHO'S PROBLEM IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE??? People are waiting desperately outside the premises hoping that the issue will be sorted out.

Government services are the worst services ever!!!
