Very Good Service received from Theo as the Administrator for Witbank City. He get all together in a few months. Like Water and electricity. Still have to look at the potholes street lights. There is also work on the robots and stop signs that he will attend too. We at Witbank wish him well and appreciate what he is doing. Thank you Theo
