Every week it's a guarantee that the boom on the left of the entry doesn't work at least once at Rhodesfield station. This creates a massive queue to get into the station. I phone the contact number and complain about it every time and nothing is been done to remedy the problem. The service doesn't work as a whole. I get to the station at least 12 minutes before the train I'm supposed to catch and I miss it because I can't get into the Parking lot. This morning when I called the customer help line I spoke to Ben who told me he can't help me and I have to write a complaint on the website. Here's your complaint. You people are getting complacent with what you need to deliver. I consider this awful awful service, especially since I've called your call center 3 times. Its ridiculous.
