The problem that i am facing has been going on for about 6 years, and with in that 6 years I have been trying to get a divorce 4 times, and all in void as there is no service for a divorcee who does not know where her spouse is. Everytime I find him he makes a way to disapear. When I file For a divorce he is nowhere to be found. I moved to jhb to find him and he has once again disappeared without a trace. I submitted a divorce application with GMurphy Attorneys (Randburg) in April 2013 (the latest one), the lawyer failed to assit with this matter as he could not trace my spouse. However, not returning the monies that was paid. Out of desperation a reached out to the Roodepoort court, I first called to enquire about this matter the person that answered said they can assist I must come in with documentation. Went there Maggie assisted me, She advised that I can not submit the application if I do not know where he is. She also advised that he be tracked through child maintenace which was also unsuccessful.
I am so tired of this problem year in and out, is there anybody that can assist?
Or is there no Law in South Africa which allows this?
