I went to home affairs in makwarela to add/amend the names on my 1 year old certificate, specifically to add another name. The first last that assisted me didn't even respond to me question, when I went to the, next lady, she told me that the only way possible was to obtain a letter from my childs stating all the names My son is only a year old and not in school yet. They then told me that I could amend the names once my son is in school, after 7 years, in 2020 and that its not her fault that I didn't include the name when the Child was born
