I phoned City Power regarding my electricity on Tuesday the 11 of june 2013 no one attended my matter and phoned the following day which was on Wednesday they gave me the second reference no. around 10:30 pm a technician by the name of Ernest came to my place and observe the box, promised he is coming back to fix it he need to go and take material and never came back. the following day he phoned me saying he going to fix my electricity i was at work when i reach home still no electricity i phoned him again and ask why am i still without electricity he said i'll be fixing your electriciy at 10:00pm but he never showed up phoned him again at about 11:00pm he came and change whatever he changed but to my surprised when i opened the meter box there were flames and i dont know what was he doing there. i have logged another call today to come and sort out the flame.the following are the reference numbers for this week:214 092 9251, 214 096 7289, 214 098 8780, 214 106 2561 but still no service
