Complaint / review / scam report

My mum lost her Sassa Card and ID the day it was issued on the 10th of January. I got another ID done for her and went back to Stanger Street offices in Durban seven times only to be told yesterday that - her pension from january has been forfeited and she will only be given back pay from April to June and normal in July. It gets better she has not got her card yet and has go to back IF and WHEN they phone her.
Its her money the officials have once again been given carte blanche to cause a royal up they normally do with everything they have been tasked to do.
They dont listen when you talk and are too caught up with their idle chit chat and extended TEA BREAKS and LUNCH BREAKS that they do not capture the correctly when you speak.
So she never collected from January and will only get 3 months cause of someone's up!!!
Cant say disgusted cause it will happen over and over again to brush it off and start all over again with my 78 year old Mum... surely their sophisticated systems will indicate that no money was released to that identity number for the time in question. happens i guess ... only in South Africa!!!!
