I would like to take this opportunity in thanking Stephen Modungwa, the deputy director of customer service for his patience in getting the credit refund due from my mom's late estate, although it took six months for the credit to get paid to the transferring attorneys, I'm grateful that he did keep me in the loop the entire time as to the progress of the refund. He is a true asset to the City of Johannesburg and hope he continues to provide such outstanding customer service
