I called in and I spoke to Katlego Sedik and I must say the gentleman was not helpful at all... he failed to see that there is a general outage in the area and he could not find my house address... i asked him to check if my neighbor has reported his line as well so that we can confirm if it's a general problem but he said it's impossible but I have done that 2 weeks ago with a lady in the same centre I told him its possible but still stuck to his guns... so I asked to speak to the manager I went to Donald and his excuse is "he is a student" how is that my problem? if he could take calls it show that they have trusted him to be helpful to us the callers..so I asked him if he was not ready he must do "buddy training" shoulder training... and Donald said it's not his job to hire and fire so if they say he is ready there is nothing he can do but to let them take calls... I spend 30 minutes on line. So my question is where is the convenient of me calling the centre???
